From Grade 9 all through to the first 2 years of one's working life, learners can go through the Mustard Seed Foundation Programme and receive the relevant support ensuring Self-Awareness, Identity Knowledge, Learning Disability Assistance, Psychosocial Support, Tertiary Entry Support and Work field Entry Support.

The enlisted resources, including human resources and finances, will aid in ensuring the efficient running of this programme.
